Standard Shipping (An Post) – Next working day delivery, non tracked service - €4.80 or tracked € 9.30 FREE on orders over €75



Great Britain Shipping -

Standard Shipping (An Post) – 2-3 day delivery, non-tracked service - €8 or tracked 3-5 days €13 FREE on orders over €75



United States Shipping -

Standard Delivery (An Post) 5 - 7 Working Days, non-tracked - €12 or 4-5 working days,  tracked - €17 for all orders - Free On Orders Over €75



Global Shipping -

Global Economy Delivery (An Post 6 - 8 Working Days, Untracked) - €12 or  7-10 working days, tracked service - €17 or FREE on orders over €75



Australia Shipping -

Australia Standard Delivery (An Post), untracked 5-7 working days €18 or 4-6 days, tracked - €20.50 for all orders - Free On Orders Over €75



European Shipping -

EU Standard Delivery (An Post 2 - 3 Working Days, untracked)-
€9 or 3-5 tracked- €14 for all orders - Free On Orders Over €75

 

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, just go to our contact page and tell us the exact issue so we can start the return/refund process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive damaged products, reach out to us and send us a video asap. So we can get the issue fixed for you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
